2. 🛒 Ordering & Payment Policy

2.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide a valid Email Address and Active WhatsApp Number during checkout.

• ⚠️ Liability: Ottkeys.com is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect contact details provided by the customer. If you provide the wrong email/number, we cannot guarantee a refund or redelivery.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept a wide range of local and international payment methods, including:

3. 🚚 Delivery Policy

• ⚡ Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is between 5 minutes to 3 hours during working hours.

• ⏳ Exceptional Delays: In rare cases (server maintenance or stock shortage), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

• 📩 Delivery Channels: Products are sent via Email or WhatsApp.

• ❌ Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, you must contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID.

4. 🔐 Account Usage & Restrictions (Strict Policy)

To protect your warranty and service validity, you must adhere to the following rules. Violation of these rules will result in an immediate ban without refund.

4.1 Private vs. Shared Accounts

• 👤 Private Account: Dedicated to a single user. You may use it on the allowed number of devices mentioned in the product description.

• 👥 Shared Account: Multiple users share the subscription. You are assigned one specific profile.

  • 🚫 Prohibition: You must NOT access, edit, or delete other users’ profiles.

  • 🚫 Settings: Do NOT change the account password, email, or payment settings.

4.2 Device Limits (Screen Policy)

Every subscription comes with a strict device limit (e.g., 1 Screen = 1 Device).

• ⚠️ Rule: You strictly cannot use the account on more devices than purchased.

• ⚠️ Consequence: Exceeding the limit will trigger a security lock by the official provider, and your warranty will be voided immediately.

4.3 Family/Team Plans (Invite-Based)

For services like Canva, Google, or YouTube Family:

• You will receive an official invitation link.

• Your data remains 100% Private.

• You must join the family group using your own email.

5. 🛡️ Warranty & Refund Policy

Our warranty ensures you get what you paid for. However, it is governed by specific conditions:

• ✅ Coverage: We cover login issues, invalid keys, or subscription errors during the warranty period.

• 🚫 Warranty Void If:

  1. You change the account Password/Email.

  2. You share the account with others (Reselling shared accounts is prohibited).

  3. You violate the device limit.

  4. You use abusive language towards our support team.

6. 🚫 Prohibited Conduct & Termination

Ottkeys.com maintains a zero-tolerance policy for misuse and abuse.

• Reselling: Customers cannot resell our “Shared Accounts” to third parties. Legal action may be taken for unauthorized redistribution.

• Abusive Behavior: We respect our customers and expect the same. Any use of abusive, threatening, or offensive language towards our support agents will result in:

  1. Immediate termination of your service.

  2. Permanent ban from our platform.

  3. No Refund will be issued.

7. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)

• Reseller Status: Ottkeys.com is a reseller. We do not own platforms like Netflix, Spotify, or IPTV servers.

• Third-Party Changes: We are not responsible if an official platform (e.g., Netflix) changes its policy, pricing, or terms of service globally.

• Downtime: While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for temporary server outages caused by the official service providers. In such cases, we will try our best to provide a replacement or alternative solution.
